Projects, jobs and labour items from HireHop – crew planning and billing in CrewBrain.
HireHop is a cloud-based rental management solution for the event industry. Your projects and jobs, including labour items, are created in HireHop. CrewBrain picks up right here and takes over the crew side: who is needed for which function, who is available, how the hours are recorded and settled. A HireHop job becomes a fully staffed and billable crew plan.
The HireHop integration is part of our interfaces and open API – you will find every system that connects to CrewBrain there.
The import runs automatically and keeps both systems up to date. The HireHop structures become schedulable objects in CrewBrain:
HireHop is the system of record for this data: projects, jobs and the crew requirement are transferred from there into CrewBrain. If a job is removed in HireHop, CrewBrain follows on the next sync.
Hourly rates come across with the labour items, so you can compare what was quoted against what the crew actually cost. More on statistics

You set the period for the sync, so the projects and jobs relevant for planning are imported.
If a job is cancelled or removed in HireHop, CrewBrain flags the related bookings on the next sync. Crew already scheduled stays visible so you can reassign deliberately.
On request, CrewBrain imports only jobs with a crew requirement. That keeps your planning focused on the assignments you actually need crew for.
Yes. The hourly rates from the labour items are imported and available in CrewBrain as a sales price – the basis for comparing against the actual crew cost.
