Nothing is more important than a cleanly structured task list that can be worked through on a daily basis. With CrewBrain you keep track of all upcoming tasks, their due dates and priorities and can assign them directly to your employees if required.
Tasks can be created in CrewBrain either directly for an employee or project- or event-related. In this way, even large projects and events can be divided into small work packages, which can then be worked on independently.
To create tasks in CrewBrain it is sufficient to enter a short description text in the list of tasks. If required, a priority, an agent, a due date or repetitions of the task can also be specified. So the task management is fast & easy to use and offers a lot of possibilities to track the status of the tasks.
A priority and due date can be specified for each task. This enables the processor to easily prioritize his own topics and to process them in due time. All lists can also be sorted according to these criteria so that the overview is always maintained.
Each task has one or more agents. In this way, you can store the responsibilities clearly in CrewBrain and assign your employees the tasks relevant to them directly. Automatic e-mail notifications ensure that no tasks are lost and employees are informed of new incoming tasks.
Our task module is directly connected to the modules for time recording and statements. Thus it is possible to record working hours directly to the respective tasks. This gives the employees a clear overview of their activities, while at the same time you have the possibility to charge the customer concerned for the hours spent on a project task.
