Eventworx is a web-based solution for equipment scheduling, warehouse management and invoicing in the event industry. CrewBrain and Eventworx have worked together in partnership for years: quotes and orders from Eventworx are synchronised fully automatically into CrewBrain, where the offered services are staffed with crew directly. A customisable mapping of the data types provides a seamless integration of both systems.
The Eventworx integration is part of our interfaces and open API – you will find every system that connects to CrewBrain there.

As soon as you use Eventworx on package L or higher and the integration is set up, five additional users are credited to your CrewBrain account permanently – with no time limit and no further conditions.
You decide during setup whether only orders, only quotes or both are imported. Both arrive as jobs or projects in CrewBrain and can be staffed with crew there.
As a rule, one instance is connected. For special cases with several instances, get in touch – we will find a suitable solution together.
If an order is cancelled or removed in Eventworx, CrewBrain flags the related bookings on the next sync. Crew already scheduled stays visible, so you can reassign deliberately.
