Opportunities become jobs – and assigned resources flow back to Current RMS.
Current RMS is an internationally established cloud solution for rental and resource management. Your opportunities with the required services and resources are created there. CrewBrain takes over this structure and turns it into detailed crew planning – and writes the assignments back on request, so both systems share the same state.
The Current RMS integration is part of our interfaces and open API – you will find every system that connects to CrewBrain there.
The import runs automatically. The opportunity structures in Current RMS become schedulable objects in CrewBrain:
This integration works in both directions. Opportunities, services and resources flow from Current RMS into CrewBrain. As soon as you assign a resource or release an assignment in CrewBrain, CrewBrain writes that back to Current RMS on save (allocate and deallocate). The write-back is optional – so both systems keep the same resource state at all times.

The resource allocations: when you assign staff or vehicles in CrewBrain, or release an assignment, CrewBrain reports that back to Current RMS on save as allocate or deallocate. The write-back is optional.
You set the period for the sync. That way you import the opportunities relevant for planning and leave completed records out.
Members and Talents from Current RMS meet employees and vehicles in CrewBrain through the mapping. That way people and vehicles each land in the right place for scheduling.
Through the status mapping you define how status changes in Current RMS affect CrewBrain. That keeps the planning state in CrewBrain in line with the state of the opportunity.
