Event and rehearsal planning for bands made easy
CrewBrain makes often unnecessary, complex or lengthy requests and arrangements made by email or telephone things of the past.
When it came to a decision on a software for personnel planning, several solutions were available. We are happy to have chosen CrewBrain. The possibilities to plan each project very quickly and in detail have grown enormously for us. The program has been optimized several times in a meaningful way and helps to reach our goals faster in our daily work.

CrewBrain provides a quick overview of upcoming events and rehearsals, and at the same time a good overview of band members’ time availability (e.g. holidays etc.). Members can be added to events quickly and are automatically informed by email. They then have the option to confirm or reject the booking.
In order to enable you to use all the information in CrewBrain at any time, even when travelling, the Smartphone Web App provides access to CrewBrain’s most important information and functions. The Web App allows you constant access to information on your band's rehearsals and events, as well as the availability status of its members.
For many bands, it is important to publicise current gigs and events on their home page. Keeping different systems updated, however, is often inconvenient and particularly prone to error. For this reason, CrewBrain offers a simple export interface with which dates flagged in CrewBrain can automatically be publicised on the band’s home page together with additional information as required.
