Baden-Baden – Demand for fast, simple, and flexible data analysis is growing steadily, especially in areas such as personnel planning, resource management, and controlling. CrewBrain is responding to this with its next logical step and launching the AIData Warehouse. This gives customers the opportunity to interact with their own data via chat and create evaluations as easily as asking a quick question in conversation.
“Many customers have long wanted the ability to map their own reporting directly in CrewBrain—without additional BI tools, complicated dashboards, or technical hurdles,” explains Eva Pennekamp, head of sales at CrewBrain. “With the AI data warehouse, we are creating exactly this solution: users can ask questions such as ‘List the employees by booking frequency’ and immediately receive a comprehensible answer - including an evaluation.”
Reporting directly in the workflow - no detours via external tools
The new AI data warehouse solves a common problem in practice: reporting and data analysis are often disconnected from day-to-day business, require specialist knowledge, or have to be implemented via external systems. CrewBrain now brings this process back into the application and makes data queries much more accessible for teams.
“We don't see reporting as a one-time evaluation, but as a recurring part of daily work,” says Sven Schlotthauer, CEO of CrewBrain GmbH. “That's why users can not only ask questions in the AI data warehouse, but also save their own queries and run them again at any time. This creates a personal, reusable analysis toolkit without any additional effort.”
CSV/XLSX export and automatic visualization
For maximum further processing, CrewBrain also offers direct export of results: all outputs can be downloaded as CSV and XLSX files at any time. This makes it easy to transfer data to internal processes or share it with other systems and departments.
In addition, the system supports rapid interpretation of results: where it makes sense from a thematic perspective, appropriate diagrams are displayed automatically, e.g., to show rankings, time sequences, or frequencies. This means that users not only receive raw data, but also, if desired, an intuitive visualization directly in the results window.
Beta launch coming soon
The AI data warehouse is being rolled out as a beta version. CrewBrain is using it to gather targeted feedback from practical use in order to further optimize its range of functions and user guidance. Interested parties can get a first look at the new feature from February 3 to 6 at Integrated Systems in Barcelona at booth 8D680.
