CrewBee is available to you as a chat assistant directly within CrewBrain. Ask questions about your projects, jobs or master data and receive relevant answers. At the same time, CrewBee supports you in operating CrewBrain and helps you find information faster.
CrewBee shows its strengths above all where several work steps or large numbers of records are involved – tasks that until now were mostly reserved for technically experienced users with knowledge of interfaces. For example, you can update employee master data from a supplied list in a single pass, create new records or trigger entire workflows straight from the chat. A single instruction in natural language is enough – CrewBee carries out the individual steps on its own, always within the scope of your existing permissions.
CrewBee analyses your projects automatically and points out possible gaps or open tasks. For instance, the assistant recognises when staff with certain qualifications are still needed for individual jobs, when vehicles have not yet been scheduled or when important project data is incomplete.
Instead of checking every item manually, dispatchers and project managers receive a compact summary of the key points at a glance and can react in a targeted way. This means planning errors can be spotted early and projects prepared even more efficiently.
Even before CrewBee, CrewBrain was one of the first providers in the industry to release its own MCP server. It is the interface through which AI clients can interact with the CrewBrain system, e. g. to create jobs or customers. This allows you to use an AI of your choice – including your own locally hosted AI instances.
CrewBee is generally available to all CrewBrain customers. Billing is transparent and based on actual usage. As an enterprise customer you receive an AI credit included depending on your plan and can therefore use CrewBee without additional entry costs.
The AI project overview will be made available from August, initially to all enterprise customers, and is part of the Enterprise plan.
